Other group activities include industrial property holdings, farming, extrusion of composite ropes and webbing for geotextile use, and specialist polymer compounding. |

In support of its manufacturing facilities Petlon has extensive pilot development and test facilities.
Our 10kg/hr twin-screw development extruder is able to completely replicate our main manufacturing facilities. All new raw materials and finished products are fully evaluated and optimised before being put on the main plant giving customers an assured yield and product performance.
Twin Screw Development Plant
The Pilot plant area and production processes area backed up by extensive laboratory and test facilities including material chemistry and physical testing as well as end product moulding.
In addition to the value these services bring to the Petlon Polymers business, these facilities are also available to customers for their development purposes.
